Bucharest — The drivers of long haul trucks on the outbound via the Nadlac II border checkpoint must reckon with a three-hour waiting time, despite four clearance lanes being operated, as the westbound traffic queue is several kilometres long, the Border Police announced on its website.
On the inbound, the waiting time is 40 minutes, the Border Police said.
Heavy traffic is also slow at the Petea customs office in Satu Mare, with waiting times around 50 minutes, while the clearance time at the Halmeu, Siret and Giurgiu border checkpoints is of roughly 30 minutes.
